What data is processed
When you register your interest, the following data may be stored: your email address; the language of the website at sign-up; a source tag (e.g. "landing"); your user agent (browser information); the sign-up timestamp. Optionally, and only if you choose to share them: your role (homeowner, renter, architect, installer, other); whether you already have a wall-mounted split air conditioner; the number of indoor units; your general purchase interest; an acceptable price range; a short free-text note; and whether you agree to be contacted for a short research interview. No name, address or payment data is collected.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed for two purposes: (1) to send you occasional updates about the development of VEILO AIR, and (2) for internal market research about the concept. Legal basis: your consent given at sign-up (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The optional interview contact is based on a separate, additional consent.
Storage and processors
Waiting list data is stored on infrastructure provided by the backend processor used by this website. Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above or until you withdraw your consent. There is no transfer to advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking is loaded on this website.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Only technically necessary storage is used, for example to remember your language preference.
